Pre, during and Post Easter excess has again taken it's toll in my fat reserves which have accumulated, body weight up 6Ilb, % body fat increase 2%, % body water degreased a %.
So hit the pool, as joints still suffering from arctic training in the Easter Manchester snow drifts:
33 Minutes and 64 lengths completed before I ran out of time and had to head back to the office.
1 litre of pool water inhaled in the process as I continue to try to contra side breathe
Numerous failed attempts at tumble turns, the most frequent error is missing the wall, but when I do mange to hit the wall I invariably shoot off in the wrong direction or worse still lane. Still it’s good cardio but could have done with being a little longer. Interestingly triceps feel like they have had a work out today not sure that’s going to help on the 18th May though.

Some woman jumped in my lane (the fast lane) why I wondered? She then proceeded to overtaken me half way down the lane! Suspecting she was in fact a mermaid I checked her propulsion system out to find she was wearing flippers! Why would you do that?
